When integrated with ADT, patients for the units are grouped per their units and listed for point and click request of the transport services; the transporter administrator can also search and select the correct patient for the requested services.

The solution allows users in any department - nurses in the OR, radiology technicians, laboratory staff , etc. to request transport services online, view the status of a request and cancel a request. The transporter administrator can easily assign transporters, track dispatch, pick up and drop off times, monitor the status of the transporters.
